Brown Rice Flour:

From the heart of California's rice growing region, our organic brown rice flour is made from whole grain medium brown rice that is finely ground in a state-of-the art facility specializing in allergen-free grain milling. 


Stuff to know:

  • Has a mildly nutty flavor.
  • For maximum freshness store brown rice flour in the refrigerator or freezer. 


Directions for use:

  • Use 1 cup Edison Grainery Organic Brown Rice Flour mixed with 3/4 cup potato starch and 1/4 cup tapioca flour when substituting for wheat four.
  • Rice flour absorbs moisture so add additional liquid as needed.
