Edison Grainery has paired its organic quinoa elbow pasta with premium organic medium-aged white cheddar cheese to create this unique and delicious mac & cheese. It's a fantastic comfort food made gluten-free!



Organic Long Grain White Rice Flour & Organic Quinoa Flour, Organic Cheddar Cheese

Convenient Value Size:

Contains 10 oz. pasta and two 1 oz cheese packets. Serves 4. 


Traditional Size:

Contains 5 oz. pasta and one 1 oz. cheese packet.


Directions for use:

  • In a large saucepan, bring 3 quarts of water to a boil. Stir in package of pasta, return to a low boil.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until al dente, stirring occasionally.  
  • Drain well and set aside.
  • Add 6 tbsp. low-fat milk and 4 tbsp. unsalted butter to the saucepan, place over med-low heat. Once the butter has melted pour in the organic cheese packets and stir well to create a rich cheesy sauce.
  • Return the cooked pasta to the saucepan with the sauce. Mix well to cover pasta evenly.
