Edison Grainery Organic Cane Sugar is harvested from the green cut fields of South America and freshly squeezed from organic sugar cane. Any impurities are removed from the juice as it evaporates and crystallizes. Try substituting our naturally sweet golden brown cane sugar in recipes that call for refined white sugar.
