Shipping policy

We do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible after receipt of payment.

Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking info sent to the email address provided when placing your order. Packages will be dropped off without a signature required. 

Shipping charges are based on delivery to a single address.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.  Should damages occur, it is likely that you will need to file a claim with UPS/USPS.

Edison Grainery ships all of our packages via UPS or USPS standard residential delivery from our warehouse in Benicia, California. Delivery time is generally between 1 -7 business days.

Shipping rates prevent us from shipping beyond the contiguous United States. 

All sales are final and we are unable to accept returns of any products based on customer satisfaction. Any food safety concerns should be referred to service@edisongrainery.com. We will follow up with you via email or phone as quickly as possible.
