We make our Brown Rice Crispies in a traditional method, by slow cooking for long periods of time, drying, tempering and repeating the process until the perfect crisp is reached.

Lot Specific Certificates of Analysis (COA):

The ideal way to preserve the freshness of our cereals and grains is by storing them in an airtight container in a cool, dry, preferably dark area such as your pantry. Oats and grains are organoleptic and can transfer tastes and odors that they are stored alongside. In other words, they will absorb the scent and moisture and may end up tasting like your left-over takeout. Keeping cereal in the fridge is only recommended if you live in a humid climate or where pantry pests are problematic. Storing cereal in the freezer is not recommended as the process of freezing tends to change the molecular structure and the cereal could become soggy.

Please note: 25 lb units are loose ingredients in a box tied with a food grade liner. Best intended use is for cottage industry applications and it is recommended that the product be stored in an air tight container once opened. No refunds permitted for products expired due to partial consumption.

Our products comply the 3,000 year old Jewish dietary guidelines with regards to how it produced, processed and prepared. Chicago Rabbinical Council (cRc) is the largest community based non-profit Kosher organization in the world.

Our products have been run through our dry mechanical cleaning line, utilizing one or more of the following: Vibratory Sifter, Rare Earth Magnet, Optical Laser Color Sorter and Metal Detection.
