Our seeds are of the "shine skin" variety, which originated in Inner Mongolia.
Pumpkin seeds are a good source of protein, iron and unsaturated fats. They also carry healthy amounts of manganese and magnesium. These essential minerals help to strengthen your bones and regulate blood sugar levels.
A natural mood booster, pumpkins also provide L-tryptophan and a diverse array of antioxidants.
Research has shown promising role for pumpkin seeds in improving bladder and prostate health.
