Edison Grainery Organic Brown Rice Flour is made up of whole grain medium brown rice finely ground in our state-of-the-art facility, which specializes in allergen-free grain milling.
Stuff to know:
- Use 1 cup Edison Grainery Organic Brown Rice Flour mixed with 3/4 cup potato starch and 1/4 cup Tapioca Flour as a direct substitution for wheat flour.
- Rice flour absorbs moisture so add additional liquid as needed to keep your baked goods from crumbling.
